Do you work alone or do you have a staff?

I work alone, but I belong to a team of wonderful virtual assistants that I can reach out to if your need is not one of my specialties. Additionally, I can reach out to my team to cover for me while I’m on vacation.

 

How quickly can you respond if I have a question about something?

When you email or call me, I will typically respond within a few hours and, at the most, within one business day. My contact information can be found on my Contact Me page.

 

Am I required to sign a contract before doing business with you?

Yes. Clients are required to sign a client agreement which will define what we’ve agreed upon – such as pricing and services to be provided. The client agreement will protect you and I and it will ensure that we are on the same page regarding the services that I will provide to you.

 

How long would it take to complete a project?

We’ll negotiate your deadlines and I will meet or exceed those deadlines based on your needs.

 

How often will you invoice me?

Invoices are prepared the first of each month for any services provided in the previous month.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payments through PayPal. PayPal accepts payments via debit or credit cards.
